Exchanges and Returns

If you want to exchange or return your order, no matter the reason – we're here to help! The Consumer Protection Code defines that exchanges and returns can be made within 7 days in case of regret. After that period, they are free for a period of 30 days after the date of your order. You can exchange your product for store credit, a different product, or receive a refund using the same payment method.

Please note, however, the exceptions to our policy:

Below are some examples of the most common exceptions:

• Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns;

• Returned items must contain the tag and be shipped in the original packaging;

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• Made-to-measure items cannot be exchanged

• Items with stones and metallization may be slightly different from the photos available on the website since stones have different formats and the metallization is applied manually when modeling the piece.

Additional Information:

• A refund, new product, or store credit will be available within 7 business days of receiving your returned product.

• The freight for the first exchange is paid by O Belo Imperfeito.

• Products that are returned damaged by misuse or signs of use will not be refunded or exchanged.
